1. Description of Services & Operational Purpose

YouTube Transkript is an independent digital tool created to facilitate accessibility, linguistic research, study, and educational reference. Our system allows users to:

  • Render publicly accessible closed captions (CC) published by video creators or generated through YouTube's automated systems.
  • Search across transcript lines and jump directly to relevant video timestamps.
  • Export formatted transcript files in standard digital formats (Plain Text .txt, SubRip Subtitles .srt, Markdown .md) or copy text directly to the system clipboard.

All operations are executed ephemerally and in-memory. We do not store, host, re-stream, or redistribute video or audio files.

2. Trademark Attribution & Disclaimer of Affiliation
